“I had these Treasure Box books when I was a child in the late 50's- 60's and they were wonderful. I am so pleased to see that they are still available, and plan on buying several for my grandson. I loved the illustrations in them even as a small child, they are so pretty and nicely done, and such a true treasure!”

“When I was a child in the fifties/sixties, I read with delight the stories in the Treasure Boxes. My favorite was Wupsy. What was the name of the little African boy? There was one story I read over and over again about a mom who was sick in bed and entertained her daughter by plucking one of her very long brown hairs and attaching it to a fluffy ball of something. That's all I recall. Very pleasant memories. Thank you.”

“I just wanted to comment on how wonderful are the Catholic Children's Treasure Box books. The stories, games, poems, picture stories, and profiles of the saints have brought so much positive character-building into our home. I also enjoy the notes to parents on the inside front and back covers. This helps me to know if I understand all that I am presenting to our children, and I learn something new with each one we read together.

We have used the simple games in the book to play while doing chores, and also as a simple way to have fun together. Even my two-year-old can join in with us as we play the games.”
