Our homeschooled children have hearts for their family…Our home schoolers also are better socialized…more confident and of course better grounded in their faith and in life in general. They also far better educated. They read, write, and do math much better than their school educated siblings, even the one who went to a very expensive private Catholic boys high school. They are able to think outside the box and that makes them very good at science. They had time during high school to pursue their interests. One is ranked third nationally in 4-H Equine Science and a championship Equestrienne. One is an Eagle Scout and a championship Fencer. One was in the Rose Bowl parade Honor Marching Band and was a college level soccer player. … the greatest blessing is that they are good productive citizens who practice and love their Catholic faith and aren't ashamed to share it with others. We love all of our children but the ones who were homeschooled through high school have had a great advantage over the others. —E.M.
