“We are in our first year of Middle School and using the lesson plans this year. They are well organized and keep my independent daughter on track throughout the day and week. She feels liberated to be able to know exactly what is next. Also, the space on the bottom for non-core material is nice because she adds her trumpet and Chinese lesson along with her karate to the list in order to keep her day straight and manage her time wisely. Every time she completes a task, she just crosses it off the list right in her agenda book. We put the lesson plans in a three ring binder and she decorated the cover to make it more personal. Last year I didn't use a lesson plan and it was a bit difficult for independent learning with a child, but this year we are on track with the lesson plans you have provided. Thank you!!!”

“I love the CHC curriculum! I love how everything relates, it makes everything we do have a purpose. [Homeschooling] doesn't feel so disjointed anymore. And most importantly our faith is incorporated in every aspect guiding us along the way. The way that this curriculum has been laid out is pure genius. The time and effort that must have gone into it is amazing. I mean NOTHING has been left out. It is a joy to use!”

“I've used some CHC materials over the last two years, and will be using more this coming year with my children. Not only do we enjoy the materials, but the attitude CHC has about the faith, family, and school. I've read a book about learning styles, and the other day was searching online to see if any recommended materials would work for my children. After searching, I thought, "I want to go home to CHC!" so I looked at your website again before logging offline. I'm done looking elsewhere. :)”

“Your emphasis on spirituality and faith over and above the academics appeals to me. I have been using [pre-packaged curriculum provider] for eight years (an excellent academic program, and orthodox Catholic as well) and find myself very often concerned with completing the academics with very little emphasis on Faith, love, and the family life. This has to do with [provider's] bend towards challenging academics which are often difficult to complete without taking away from family life (a bit impractical for homeschooling) ... Your program has the "feel" of a real, faith-filled loving homeschooled family life - what I need very much.”

CHC Lesson Plans give you a day by day breakdown of what you need to do with your child. For people just starting out in homeschooling, or those with large families, these lesson plans are a Godsend. Even if you opt to use a different book than CHC recommends for a particular subject because your child is advanced or behind in a particular area, these lesson plans will work for you. There are empty spaces where you can fill in extra or different activities.”
