Jody Erickson is an honors graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville and holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She is the mother and home schooling teacher of ten children. Twenty-two years ago with the birth of her first son she began the hands-on approach to learning. She continues to teach from early childhood through high school. Her two eldest sons, after graduating from home school, have gone on to receive academic scholarships from Benedictine College and Franciscan University of Steubenville. Jody has given several talks and workshops on the benefits of hands-on learning. She lives in Ohio with her husband of twenty-three years.
