“The ad for this book does not do it justice. It is far more than just a reading comprehension workbook and although the ad does list the activities involved, it doesn't express their depth or breadth. My first impression when reading the ad was that it wasn't something I would use with my son. He doesn't need work in reading comprehension. I now understand that this book goes far beyond just a workbook. This book could be used as a unit study! Alternatively, a saint could be selected each quarter for the child to prayerfully study and to immerse themselves in the saint's life and spirituality. There are enough excellent questions in this book that a child would grow to know the saint and his surroundings on a deep level.”

“I believe reading all the saint stories has helped my daughter resist a lot of temptations as she is growing into a teenager. Especially with peer pressure.”
