If your daughter has not had any struggles with My Very First Catholic Speller or Little Stories for Little Folks, then it seems fine to move on.  I would continue on with the reading program for 2nd grade, which would include My Catholic Speller A, Language of God A and use Devotional Stories as optional.  One thing to remember that while her reading level might be ready for the next grade, her comprehension level might not be ready to move on.  Because of her age, you need to make sure that she will be prepared for her 2nd grade comprehension level.  If you feel she is not ready for the 2nd grade comprehension, then I would concentrate on developing her comprehension level, through age-appropriate books and with review.
